Alexa, our founder, newly graduated from Cornell Law School, faced a challenge when her Italian-American heritage clashed with the demands of her corporate law career. Long hours at her desk made takeout meals expensive and hindered her recent 55 lb weight loss. She craved low-calorie, high-protein pasta meals, but couldn't find it in stores. So, after perfecting her recipes, Pastamalfi was born. Alexa's dream is to share Pastamalfi with American households, bringing happiness and health, inspired by her Nonna Maria's teachings.
Italians believe that ingredients should be few but of quality. Pastamalfi is a manifestation of this mantra. By using premium protein-infused durum-semolina pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil imported from Italy, Pastamalfi delivers authentic taste.

Alexa's grandmother and best friend, Nonna Maria was a force of love and light who taught Alexa the importance of taking the time to prepare quality food that nourishes body and soul.
There was nothing Nonna Maria loved more than pasta, her hometown of Amalfi, and her family.
Her door was always open and kitchen was always full.
